Thailand tourism festival 2015
A "Discover Thainess" parade designed to educate foreign visitors about the kingdom's cultural heritage drew large January 14, 2015, dazzling tourists and expats with elaborate costumes and decorated floats. The 3.5-kilometre of spectacular parade was to celebrate the grand opening of Thailand Tourism Festival 2015 with the "Discover Thainess" campaign. The parade was held in the streets of central Bangkok.

Karon beach, Phuket, Thailand
Karon features the third longest beach on Phuket Island. Located on the west coast, between Patong to the north and Kata (with which it shares a common municipality) to the south, Karon Beach is the second favourite holiday destination in Phuket. The beach itself has excellent snorkelling (and even diving) spots at its southern end and is wide enough for beachgoers to never feel crowded.
